"Casa Blanca" General description: This house is a newly built bungalow with private pool and individual furnished by the owners themselves. It is situated in the urbanisation "Las Coloradas" - not far away from the village Playa Blanca and very close to the fantastic natural beaches Playas de Papagayo or in a 5 minutes car drive to the beach Playa Dorada (3.5 km distance). Las Coloradas offers a shopping center - called "El Pueblo" with different shops, supermarket as well as some restaurants, children playground, terraces... 5 minutes walk and you are there! The house itself: The bungalow has a large terrace area with private pool - heated by sun energy. This pool with 1.30 m to 1.70 meters depth is deep and large enough perfect for sportive refreshing after sunbathing. The open sitting room with kitchen area, SAT-TV (about 20 English programs) and a small music center with CD player (CDs are available), 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms (one is "en suite"), washing machine. The kitchen is fully equipped for self catering: Fridge, Freezer, oven, ceran surface, microwave, dishwasher, toaster and kettle, coffe machine. All rooms open to the terrace with grill place. The house is sourrounded by a wall and a car parking belongs to the property. Sun beds and terrace furniture for 4 to 6 people are available. By car you are in some minutes at very interest places and well known restaurants, for example Femes up on the mountains or the Timanfaya Park "Fire Mountains" (volcanos of Lanzarote). In Playa Blanca there are some lovely beaches (Dorada beach), lots of shops, restaurants and bars (English Bars and Irish Bars) and a long shopping area as well as the lovely beach front for walks more than 3 kilometers.  The modern kitchen is fully equipped for self carte ring.  The bedrooms are very comfortable with integrated wall robes. Both have wooden furniture and lead direct to the terrace with pool.  The BBQ is on the terrace next by the pool - so you may prepare your steak or fish outdoors while the family or kids are playing in the pool...  |
 The house is very close to the fantastic natural beaches Playas de Papagayo. You can reach these wide sandy beaches in 20 minutes walking over a little mountain way (take your walking shoes with you) or by car in 5 minutes (toll road).  View into the sitting room with dining area. The room has wide doors straight on to the terrace and pool.  The wide terrace with pool and open BBQ is made for a comfortable holiday stay.  The 2 bathrooms are comfortable and modern (one is "en suite") and both have tub, toilet, bidet, washing basin.  The terrace is half covered and gives you a shaddy place out of the sun for taking breakfast or lunch.  Casa Blanca is a fantastic villa - large sun heated pool, the house fully equipped and perfect for a family holiday stay next to beaches, harbour, bowling, shopping centers, bars, restaurants new and old part of Playa Blanca. |
